Legal agreement
By registering on beparta.com.au as an architect/designer, and requesting access to various Revit, CAD and other types of files owned by Beparta Pty Ltd (“Beparta”), you and the architecture/design firm that employs you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions:
- a. Always make clear that the products detailed in the files and the files themselves are owned by Beparta;
- b. Only use the files in the promotion of Beparta and specification of Beparta products. Do not use the files to promote/specify a competitor’s products or in a context which could reasonably cause a person to believe Beparta’s products are those of a competitor
- c. Do not put the files into a context that could reasonably be considered controversial or bring harm to Beparta’s reputation;
Beparta reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to change any files and revoke your permission to use our files at any time. Beparta may contact you, at the email address you have provided, with updates to the files, new products or other information about Beparta and its product range.
